House Hunting (lots of pictures)!!!

So we have narrowed down where we will be living to school district- Deer Valley or Paradise Valley districts (for those familiar with Phoenix). We really like Arrowhead Ranch, or some of the areas around where the 51 and the 101 intersect, in the PV district. Here are pictures and a little info on our two favorite houses so far, so you can get an idea of what we like, and plan your vacation to come visit us!

House #1
In Arrowhead Ranch, right by the mountains (literally right up against them in a GORGEOUS area) from my previous post. We just found out there is an offer on this house- but there is always a pretty good chance in the market down there that it will fall through. Or we could always find something really similar, there is a lot available. It is 4 bedroom/3 bath, about 2600 sq feet, built 1999. What I love about this house is the mountain views from every window, its huge, and the laundry room is UPSTAIRS with all the bedrooms! And the master bedroom is up two additional stairs from the rest of them, it was kind of fun.

House #2
In North Phoenix. Awesome neighborhood about a 6 minute walk from the elementary school. Completely new inside, even though its only about 15 years old. Its 3 bedroom, 3 bath, about 2000 sq feet, built 1995. What I love about this house is the yard, the pool, how new everything is (and I love the colors of paint/tile/carpet/counters), the fun loft with patio, and the fun stairs.

Notice the swim up table in the pool?? Thomas thinks I'll serve him dinner in the pool every night...

They're both beautiful! I remember the first time I flew over Phoenix, I could see little blue shapes everywhere! That pool will come in handy during those months of super-hot heat!

I'm coming to visit no matter what. I miss you already. You've been there for me during a lot of good and hard times. All I want to know is....which room is mine?
